Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs cream cheese
- 3 eggs*
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 1/2 tbsp vanilla
- 1 cup apples, peeled & sliced*
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tbsp flour
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1 9" pie shell*
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F
- Whip together cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs and vanilla, beat well.
- Pour mixture into 9 inch pie shell.
- Toss together apples, sugar, flour, cinnamon. Arrange apple slices in a decorative manner on cheesecake.
- Bake at 375*F for 35 minutes or until puffy and set.
