- 3/4 cup tart cherries, pitted, chopped and drained*
- 1/2 cup non-fat sour cream
- 1/2 cup Dijon or brown mustard
- 2 tbsp. sliced green onions
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
Directions
- Combine cherries, sour cream, mustard, onion and garlic powder in a small bowl, mix.
- Cover and refrigerate at least 30 minutes to blend flavors. Serve with pretzel sticks, breadsticks or fresh vegetables.
