- 2 frozen, unbaked 9" pie shells*
- 4 cups Concord Grapes, washed and seeded*
- 2 1/2 tbsp Quick-Cook Tapioca
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 tbsp butter*
- 1/4 tsp salt
Directions
- Thaw 1 pie shell.
- Preheat oven to 425*F.
- In a medium saucepan, cook grapes over low heat for about 5 minutes.
- Stir in tapioca, sugar, salt and butter; Continue cooking 2 more minutes.
- Pour mix into frozen pie shell. Cover with thawed pie crust and cut several slits in top to allow steam to escape.
- Bake for 40- 50 minutes.
